At Alpaca Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury knitwear doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your alpaca garments in their original packaging.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate tracking for your return.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
